Abstract
This Article aimed to study (1) To describe social welfare management for the elderly. of Phetchaburi Provincial Subdistrict Administrative Organization (2) To analyze the readiness of social welfare management for the elderly of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Phetchaburi (3) To propose guidelines for social welfare management for the elderly of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phetchaburi Province.
The key informants were 8 subdistrict administrative organization presidents. They were selected by purposive sampling from outstanding sub-district administrative organizations, 1 in each district. And 16 community leaders were selected from development experts from each district, 2 experts. the instrument for collecting data was an in-depth interview Analysis data by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis. The research results were found as follows;
1. Phetchaburi Subdistrict Administrative Organization has operations in the areas of social welfare, health, economy, environment, technology and learning. According to provincial government policy and the role of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
2. Phetchaburi Subdistrict Administrative Organization must be developed management readiness, that will create efficiency and effectiveness in social welfare management for the elderly. Including policies and social welfare management plans specifically for the elderly. This will affect the efficiency of other management areas, including: organization, personnel, management, coordination, and performance reporting.
3. Provincial Subdistrict Administrative Organization There are guidelines for organizing social welfare according to the 7-step 4PCCN Model, consisting of 1) Perception 2) Participatory organization 3) Policy for Aging Society 4) Plan for the elderly society 5) Core Competency's Staff ) 6) Communication System and 7) Networking
