The Model of Educational Leadership in The New Normal for School Administrators Under Office of the Basic Education Commission in Bangkok Metropolitan Region

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study examine consistency of a causal relationship model of educational leadership in the new normal for school administrators under office of the basic education commission in Bangkok metropolitan region. The quantitative research tool was a questionnaire with the reliability of .98 were collected data from a sample of 360 samples. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistics.
The research findings were as follows: the model of educational leadership in the new normal for school administrators under office of the basic education commission in Bangkok metropolitan region included Adaptability Crisis and Change Management were independent variable direct effect to decision-making variable and indirect effect to health wellbeing and equity variable, networking variable indirect effect to variables, planning and implementation human resources and digital literacy and distributed leadership. The model is consistent to empirically data as the statistic chi-square=102.471, P = .072, df = 83, CMIN/DF = 1.235, CFI = .998, RMSEA = .025
