Factors Affecting Success in Good Local Management of Thung Song Municipality Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract
The purpose of the study “Factors affecting the success of good local management of Thung Song Municipality, Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province” aims to study the factors affecting the success of good local management of Thung Song Municipality. It is quality research. Data were collected by in-depth interviews with 10 Thung Song Municipality personnel and 11 community leaders, totaling 21 people, using the purposive sample selection method. Data were analyzed by content analysis.
The results of the study found that factors affecting the success of good local management include: 1) Executives' policies are strong, clear, concrete and tangible. 2) Personnel and citizens participate in local development. 3 ) Principles of good governance 4) Principles of working together using royal science to manage work 5) Personnel at all levels in the organization are alert. Be aware of your duties; 6) Personnel in the organization have love and unity; and 7) Community leaders and citizens have love for the local area.
