Analysis of School Curriculum Administration Components to encourage 21st Century skills of Students under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap Khiri Khan

Abstract
The two objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the school curriculum administration Components to encourage 21st Century skills of Students under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap Khiri Khan, and (2) to confirm the administrative components of the curriculum of educational institutes for promoting 21st Century skills of school students under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap Khiri Khan.
The populations of this quantitative research were 941 educational institutes administrators and teachers of educational institutes under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap Khiri Khan. The samples were 315 educational institutes administrators and teachers of educational institutes under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap Khiri Khan. The data was collected through questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and confirmatory factor analysis.
The results showed that 1) the components of school curriculum administration to promote 21st Century skills consisted of planning educational institutes' curriculum development, educational institutes' curriculum development, educational institutes' curriculum application, educational institutes' curriculum evaluation, and 21st Century skills, 2) the component of educational institutes curriculum administration to encourage 21st Century skills in accordance with empirical data.
