Equation of Participative Predicting in Educational Quality Assurance of School Personnel under Prachuapkhirikhan Secondary Educational Service Area

Abstract
The objectives of the research were (1) to analyze level of participative factors in schools’ educational quality assurance (2) to analyze personnels’ participation in schools’ educational quality assurance (3) to analyze the relation between the factors and personnel participation in schools’ educational quality assurance and (4) to determine participative prediction equation in educational quality assurance of school personnels
This study employed the quantitative research methodology. The data was gathered from 286 samples through 5-point Linkert scale questionnaires and analyzed with mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and enter multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that;
1. The level of participative factors in schools’ educational quality assurance was at the high level
2. The level of personnels’ participation in schools’ educational quality assurance was at the high level
3. The relation between the factors and personnels’ participation in schools’ educational quality assurance was at the statistically significant level of .01.
4. The factors affecting personnel participative in school’s educational quality assurance analyzed with enter multiple regression analysis, i.e. educational quality assurance awareness aspect, roles of school administrators aspect, and organizational culture aspect were at the statistically significant level of 01. The cumulative correlation coefficient was 0.622. It was 38.70% predictability on personnel participative in school’s educational quality assurance. The participative predictive equation in educational quality assurance of school personnel could be determined as follows:
The predictive equation in term of raw scores:
Y ̂ = .339 + .203(X1) - .149(X2) + .776(X3)
The predictive equation in term of standard scores:
Z ̂ = .385(Z1) - .135(Z2) + .640(Z3)
The knowledge in this research is able to be beneficial in improving the effectiveness of schools’ educational quality assurance management.
