Cooperative Education Network Management of Higher Education Institutions to Prepare the Workforce

Abstract
This article aimed to study 1) to examine the network issues impacting cooperative education management, 2) develop an effective process for managing the establishment network in worker preparation, and 3) propose policy recommendations to enhance collaboration between enterprises and higher education institutions. The research employs a qualitative approach, employing network management concepts as its fundamental framework. The qualitative research method is applied within two clusters, comprising six Rajamangala University of Technology campuses and several partnering establishments. A purposive sampling technique was used to select a diverse 28 participants, including academic personnel and workplace representatives. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis, resulting in descriptive narratives serving as the primary outcomes.
The research results were found that inconsistent implementation of cooperative education standards is attributed to limited knowledge and comprehension among network partners. Consequently, the study underscores the imperative to effectively address these challenges and develop a robust formation and utilization process for the cooperative education network. The research highlights the crucial role of moral and ethical policies in fostering quality management of the cooperative education network. Both establishments and higher education institutions are encouraged to actively promote and uphold such policies to ensure the successful execution of cooperative education programs.
