Ethical Leadership of School Administrators in the Era Digital of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Bangkapi District Office

Abstract
This independent study aimed to 1) study the level of ethical leadership of school administrators 2) to compare the ethical leadership of school administrators in the digital age of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Bangkapi District Office classified by age and level of education work experience and the size of the school This research is a quantitative research. The sample group was government teachers, Bangkapi District Office. The samples were 233 people under the Bangkok Metropolis using multi-stage random sampling. The tool used was a questionnaire. The reliability of the whole issue was 0.98. The statistics used in data analysis were mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), Independent Samples t-test and one-way variance test. (One Way ANOVA)
The results of the study revealed that 1) the ethical leadership of school administrators in the digital age of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Bangkapi District Office It was found that overall and each aspect were at a high level. Each aspect, ranked from highest to lowest, was good citizenship. Honesty aspect of respect justice and trust. 2) The comparative results of the ethical leadership of school administrators in the digital age of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Bangkapi District Office Classified by age and work experience Overall, the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level classified by education level. Overall, the difference was statistically significant at the .01 level, classified by school size. Overall, there is no difference.
