formation technology Management Model integrated with Brahma Vihara -Dhamma principles for academic administration of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract

This research has 3 objectives : (1) to study and analyze the elements, (2) to define the forms, and (3) to estimate and certify the ones of information technology management integrated with Brahmavihara Dhamma for the academic administration in schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan.            

The researcher uses the methods of both qualitative research and quantitative research so that the qualitative research results will be extended. 205 schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan are used as the study population. There are 820 informants. They are consisted of 1 school director, 1 head of Academic Department, 2 teachers from each school. 

There are 2 types of research tools: 1) a coaching model questionnaire; data analysis by Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) Confirmatory factor analysis (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) 2) Evaluate and certify coaching models in 4 areas.

1. The research results to Objective No. 1, the results of the study of coaching components found 3 main components, and 13 sub-components.


2. The results of the research to the second objective, Thus, we can find the research results. 1) There are 4 variables concerning with the information technology for the academic administration 2) There are 5 variables relating to the concept of information technology management for the academic administration 3) There are 4 variables of with Brahmavihara Dhamma.


3. The results of the research to the 3rd objective, It is found that schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan need to use the patterns of information technology management integrated with Brahmavihara Dhamma for the efficient academic administration in the high level.

 Knowledge/findings from this research It is a guideline for school administrators across the country to use as an important tool  for information technology management for the academic administratiocoaching teachers and educational personnel in educational institutions to be effective in the future.
