Factors Affecting the Being of Digital Organization of Schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phattalung

Abstract
This quantitative research article aimed to study 1) factors related to the digital organization of schools; 2) the digital organization of schools; 3) the relationship between factors related to the digital organization of schools; 4) factors affecting the digital organization of schools under the Phatthalung Secondary Educational Service Area Office The sample group was 274 teachers in schools, all of whom were obtained by using the Krejcie and Morgan tables and stratified random sampling based on school size. Statistics used in analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson 's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis The research findings were as follows;
- the overall and aspects of factors related to the digital organization of schools were rated at a high level.
- the overall and aspects of the digital organization of school were at a high level.
3.the factors related to the digital organization of correlated positively with the digital organization of schools at a high level (r= .810) with a statistical significance at the .01 level.
4.four factors affecting the digital organization of schools, which were significant predictors of the being of digital organization of school and they could explain 66.90 % with statistical significance at .01
According to the research results, it was found that administrators teachers and school personnel should be encouraged to recognize the importance of leadership, budget, legal and policy related to digital technology, and digital technology management network, that be used to develop the potential of managing the digital organization of schools to be effective and able to support changes effectively
