Academic Administration Participation under the Coronavirus Diseases 2019 of Teachers under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to explore the academic administration participation under the Coronavirus Diseases 2019, and (2) to compare the academic administration participation under the Coronavirus Diseases 2019 classified by educational level, work experience, and school size. This study employed a quantitative research methodology and used the academic administration participation under the Coronavirus Diseases 2019 concept as a conceptual framework. The scope of research was schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample size determination was according to Krejcie and Morgan Tables. The 301 samples were teachers under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 of the academic year 2022 through stratified random sampling classified by school size and simple random sampling. The research data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. The major findings were as follows:

1. On the academic administration participation under the Coronavirus Diseases 2019 aspect, it was at the high level.


2. On the academic administration participation under the Coronavirus Diseases 2019 classified by educational level, work experience, and school size aspect, it had significant differences at the statistical level of 0.05.

          The knowledge from this research is beneficial for school administrations and educational agencies to plan and improve the academic administration participation under the Coronavirus Diseases 2019 more efficiently.
