Administering the Academic Affairs Using Innovations in the New Normal by Princess Chulabhorn Science High School Administrators

Abstract
The objectives of this article are 1) to study the level of opinions on the use of innovation to administer the academic affairs in the new normal by Princess Chulabhorn Science High School administrators 2) to compare the opinions on the use of innovation to administer the academic affairs in the new normal by Princess Chulabhorn Science High School administrators classified by gender, age, educational degrees and work experience. This research is quantitative and use the concept of academic affairs administration as its framework of study. The research areas were the 12 Princess Chulabhorn Science High Schools including in-use samples: 261 people of administrators and teachers obtained from specified samples’ sizes using Krejcie and Morgan Tables and stratified random sampling. The researching tools used were the questionnaires and analyzable data statistics: percentage, mean value, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way variance analysis. According to the result:
- Regarding to the official teachers’ opinions, the using of innovations for academic affairs administration in the new normal by Princess Chulabhorn Science High School administrators, was in the high level.
- Regarding to the opinions on the academic affairs administration given by the official teachers who have different genders, age, educational degrees, and work experience, were significantly statistically different in the level of .05.
The knowledge found from this research is beneficial for the administrators to use some innovations to administer school’s academic affairs efficiently and catch up with in age of learning society in the new normal as the quality escalation of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School learners.
