Digital technology has played an important role in driving politics and public policy. Meanwhile, sustainability issues have become urgent and require all sectors to work together to solve them. Political science must adjust its paradigms and analytical tools to suit this new context.

One of the key issues is the use of digital technology in the political process. Whether it is a campaign, communication and interaction with the public, policy setting, or the delivery of public services, this helps increase public participation and transparency in administration. But at the same time, there are challenges regarding equal access to technology, data security, and the spread of false information. Political science must give importance to studying these effects and find ways to balance benefits and risks.

Another equally important issue is the integration of the sustainability dimension into politics. From the relationship of the military in forming a tight group, it plays a role in Thai politics. Since the change of government in 1932 onwards, military groups are important organizations in changing governance. The People's Party, which consists of the military and civilians do not give other political groups a chance to participate on official political role, including the role of ruler, ruler support group and ruler power group, especially the Wongthewan military group which is an army soldier serving in official army in the first infantry division, which its military unit based in Bangkok. It plays a very important role in stability and often monopolizes the position of Commander in Chief of the Royal Thai Army which played an important role in many coup d’etat as an important component and playing a high role which always played a part in determining the possibility of Thai political society. It is considered that the role of the military has entered Thai society at a deep roots level. Many foundations have been laid for soldiers to widely integrate into various mechanisms of society to the point of being unable to separate the military from politics. Consequently, it has become a criticism of the military's high role in politics.
2025-12-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Academic for Public and Private Managementhttps://so02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/appm/article/view/274511การเข้าถึงสิทธิและสวัสดิการของคนพิการตำบลปากแจ่ม อำเภอห้วยยอด จังหวัดตรัง2024-11-20T10:20:19+07:00Matanan Petnakmatanan363@gmail.com Jirachaya JeawkokMatanan363@gmail.com
This study is to explain access to rights and welfare of people with disabilities in the sub-district. Pak Chaem, Huai Yot District, Trang Province, according to the Act on Promotion and Development of Quality of Life for Persons with Disabilities. B.E. 2007 and the amended version (Edition 2) B.E. 2013. Since the number of disabled persons in Thailand has increased significantly, access to basic rights and welfare of disabled persons is very important to be allocated from government agencies and private sectors, covering the entire area from central administration, regional administration, and local administration, which is in line with the Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of Disabled Persons Act B.E. 2550, so that disabled persons have the right to access and utilize public facilities, as well as welfare and other assistance from the government. Communication to create understanding about access to rights and welfare of disabled persons in Pak Jam Sub-district, Huai Yot District, Trang Province, so that disabled persons are aware of and comply with laws related to disabled persons from the government, the media, and people in Thai society, is still quite limited. Therefore, most disabled persons, especially those living in the provinces, have not received comprehensive development in quality of life because the services of government agencies are separate and do not provide opportunities for disabled persons. Disabled persons have not received benefits as specified by law in a comprehensive manner. In addition, disabled persons have their rights violated and people in general have negative attitudes towards disabled persons. Disabled persons need acceptance and respect for their way of life, to be able to live an independent life, work, support themselves, be proud of themselves, and be able to help society, which disabled persons can develop to their potential.
2025-12-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Academic for Public and Private Managementhttps://so02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/appm/article/view/271722การบริหารงานวิชาการแบบเปลี่ยนผ่านของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ตามแนวคิดพลเมืองดิจิทัล2024-06-28T19:50:02+07:00Kwanchanok Aryuyuenkwanchanok.ary@rmutr.ac.thอุษา งามมีศรีKwanchanok.ary@rmutr.ac.thสมใจ สืบเสาะKwanchanok.ary@rmutr.ac.th

2025-12-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Academic for Public and Private Managementhttps://so02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/appm/article/view/273359Product Management Innovation for Ready-to-Eat Foods for the Elderly by Community Enterprises in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province2024-09-11T09:23:28+07:00สมใจ ศรีเนตรppmarma2536@gmail.comอำนวย บุญรัตนไมตรีmartapreepa@gmail.comฐิติมา โห้ลำยองsomjai.sri@rmutr.ac.th
This Article aimed to study The objective of this research is to: 1) Examine the context of ready-to-eat food product management for elderly consumers by community enterprises in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. 2) Identify issues related to the production and marketing of these products. 3) Investigate the nutritional value and consumption convenience requirements of elderly consumers and 4) Propose management innovations for ready-to-eat food products targeting the elderly, developed by community enterprises in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province The findings reveal:

The management context of ready-to-eat food products for the elderly in community enterprises primarily utilizes local raw materials, benefiting both product quality and the local economy.

Identified challenges include a lack of clear marketing strategies, inconsistent raw material procurement, and inefficient product quality control.

Elderly consumers' preferences for ready-to-eat food products emphasize high nutritional value, particularly protein and calcium content, as well as user-friendly product design.

Management innovations focus on leveraging technology for product development, specifically employing vacuum packaging to extend shelf life and maintain food quality. The research design employed a qualitative research approach using analytical frameworks and concepts in political science and public administration. The research site was the Latin American region. The research tools include documents, books, publications, and online media such as the internet, YouTube, and documentaries about the research topic. Electronic tools such as computers and smartphones are used to collect data. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis followed by descriptive narrative. The research findings revealed that

1. Regarding the first objective, the concept of nationhood originated in the issues arising from war. In Latin America, most of which were Spanish colonies except for Brazil, which was Portuguese, the issue of nationhood was first sparked during the wars of independence in the early 19th century. The wars gave rise to the creation of new national identities. The armies leading the liberation were made up of diverse people of different backgrounds, races, nationalities, classes, and from different areas. The process of building armies and fighting for independence brought about the emergence of a new, unified national identity.

2. Regarding the second objective, Latin American nationalism has developed as a form of resistance to the United States. While the United States, as a superpower, has many facets, one consistent theme in its foreign policy toward Latin America has been its efforts to open its markets for goods and investments to foreign investors, particularly from the United States. This US foreign policy toward Latin America dates back to the late 19th century, including the Pan-American policy that sought to establish the United States as the dominant power in the Americas. As a result, Latin American nationalism has clashed with the globalization process led by the United States.

3. Regarding the third objective, Latin American nationalism differs from nationalism in other regions, such as Europe, in the following ways: 1) Latin American nationalism was created or imposed by European-born leaders residing in Latin America, not by indigenous peoples such as the Indians. Nationalism is top-down, imposed from below. European leaders in Latin America forced indigenous Indians or Africans to speak Spanish or (in the case of Brazil) Portuguese. They also established European values as the core values in the region, including individualism, free land ownership, free trade, and political freedom. This elite coercion has occasionally led to resistance from those below, 2) although border wars have occurred in Latin America, Latin American nationalism was not born or directly influenced by the territorial wars that occurred in Europe, and 3) Latin American nationalism differs from other countries in that it incorporates indigenous nationalist ideas.

The findings from this research contribute to the study of nationalism in Latin America in various dimensions, which originally most of those studies focused on understanding the nationalism of the lower strata of society, the groups of people who have less power or influence than the middle class or the elite, is different from this research that tries to study the nationalism of all sectors of society in modern Latin America.

2025-12-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Academic for Public and Private Management
