THE CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE 21st CENTURY UNDER PRACHAUPKHIRIKHAN PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to explore the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century under Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Service Area 1, and (2) to compare the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century under Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Service Area 1 classified by educational background, work experience, and school size. This study employed a quantitative research methodology and used the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century concept as a conceptual framework. The scope of research was schools under Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Service Area 1. The sample size determination was according to Krejcie and Morgan’s method. The 295 samples were teachers and educational personnel under Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Service Area 1 of the academic year 2022 through the stratified random sampling classified by school size and simple random sampling. The research data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test, one-way analysis of variance, and paired sample test. The major findings were as follows:

1. On the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century under Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Service Area 1 aspect, it was at the highest level.


2. On the comparison of the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century under Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Service Area 1 classified by educational background, work experience, and school size aspect, it had significant differences at the statistical level of 0.05.

          The knowledge from this research is beneficial for school administrators and educational agencies to plan and improve the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century more efficiently.
