Relationship between Behavioral Leadership of School Administrators and Work Motivation of Teachers under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This Article aimed (1) to explore the level of behavioral leadership of school administrators (2) to examine the level of work motivation of teachers and (3) to investigate the relationship between behavioral leadership of school administrators and work motivation of teachers under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. It was quantitative research. The concept of behavioral leadership of school administrators and teachers' performance motivation was a research framework. The research area was educational institutions under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 295 teachers under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Samples were defined using Krejcie and Morgan.The research tool was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results found that: 1) The behavioral leadership of school administrators under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level. 2) The work motivation of teachers under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level. 3) The relationship between the behavioral leadership of school administrators and the motivation to work of teachers of school administrators under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 had a high relationship with statistical significance at the .01 level in the same direction.
This research found that behavioral leadership of school administrators was related to the motivation to enhance and maintain the motivation level of teachers to achieve the set goals and developed more effective educational institutions.
