The questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection from 240 HR managers or supervisors. In addition, the three informants were executives or owners in the electronic industry by the in-depth interview. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling.</p><p>The results indicated as following; 1) the causal relationship model between strategic human resource management and organizational resilience on organizational performance in the electronic industry was congruent with the empirical data (CMIN/DF = 1.420, GFI = 0.951, TLI = 0.980, CFI = 0.985, RMSEA = 0.042); and 2) The approaches of strategic human resource management were suggested as; &nbsp;recruiting and staffing to suit the position and organization,&nbsp; multi-skill and reskill training, pay for performance, rewards and benefits, performance based result, link between performance and compensation,&nbsp; a systematic performance appraisal, opportunities for employee participation.</p> ER -
