Abstract

การวจิ ยั ครงั้ นมี้ คี วามมงุ่ หมาย 1) เพอ่ื ศกึ ษาปจั จยั ทส่ี ง่ ผลตอ่ ประสทิ ธภิ าพการบรหิ าร งานของผ้บูรหิารสถานศกึษาข้นัพืน้ฐานและ2)เพ่อืสร้างสมการพยากรณป์ระสทิธิภาพ การบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาข้ันพ้ืนฐาน สําานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครู 558 คน เครื่องมือท่ีใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถามเกย่ี วกบั ปจั จยั ทส่ี ง่ ผลตอ่ ประสทิ ธภิ าพการบรหิ ารงานของผบู้ รหิ ารสถานศกึ ษา

This research was aimed 1) to study factors affecting the administrative efficiency of school administrators, and 2) to formulate an equation to forecast the administrative efficiency of school administrators under the office of Roi Et Educational Service Area 2. The sample in this study was 558 teachers. The research instrument for collecting the data was questionnaires consisted of 11 factors affecting the administrative efficiency of school administrators including; 1) decentralization, 2) participation, 3) civilian empowerment in education management 4) knowledge and ability in administration, 5) monitoring and balance, 6) vision, 7) trust and faith, 8) decision making 9) interactions - influence 10) academic leadership, and 11) creativity. By employing Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, the reliability of the research instrument was .98. Descriptive statistics used to analyze the data was percentages means and standard deviations. Statistics employed to test the hypothesis was multiple regression.
