บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ 1) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาบทเรียนบนเครือข่าย อินเตอร์เน็ตแบบมัลติมีเดียด้วยเทคนิคสถานการณ์จำลองวิชาระบบไอซีที ระดับปริญญา ตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) เพื่อประเมินหา ประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 3) เพื่อศึกษาค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล 4) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ 5) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการ เรียนด้วยบทเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยคือ นักศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) บทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตแบบมัลติมีเดียด้วยเทคนิคสถานการณ์จำลองวิชา ระบบไอซีที 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3) แบบประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียน โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 4) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อบทเรียน โดยแบบสอบถามได้ผ่านการทดลองใช้และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.935 สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติทดสอบที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 80.85/81.94 ซึ่งสอดคล้อง กับเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 และมีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลเท่ากับ 0.8186 นักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วย บทเรียนดังกล่าวมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลประเมินคุณภาพของบทเรียนจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบและ ผลิตโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.37)

โดยเห็นว่าบทเรียนมีความน่าสนใจและเหมาะที่จะใช้เป็นสื่อเสริมให้กับนักศึกษา และนักศึกษาหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิตมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก เช่นกัน ( = 4.24) ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ทำให้ได้บทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตเสริมการ เรียนรายวิชาระบบไอซีทีที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถนำไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนได้ จริง และทำให้การเรียนการสอนด้านระบบไอซีทีบรรลุผลตามจุดมุ่งหมาย

Abstract

The objectives of this research project were: 1) to design and development of Multimedia Web-Based Instruction (MWBI) Using Simulation Technique of ICT System, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, North Eastern University; 2) to find out the efficiency by use of 80/80 standard criteria; 3) to find out the effective value; 4) to find the accomplished of MWBI and 5) to investigate the students opinions towards the MWBI. The population studied by purposive sampling were the students. The research instrument included: 1) MWBI of ICT System; 2) effective value testing form; 3) quality assessment form for experts and 4) quality testing form for students. The research instrument was a questionnaire administered by purposive sampling and was tried out. The Reliability Coefficient was 0.935. The collected data were analyzed through a statistical software program that provided percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test values.

The research results were as follows: the MWBI of ICT System and Modern Management developed has an efficiency of 80.85/81.94 and is consistent with the 80/80 standard criteria. The effective values of 0.8186 or 81.86%. The student achievement score of the pretest was significantly higher than that of the posttest at the level of 0.05. The evaluation of MWBI from the experts of 4.37 (=4.37) and agreed that good online lesson should be interested enough to capture the attention of users. The satisfaction rate of the students towards the online lesson was at high level of 4.24 (=4.24). The research results illustrated that the MWBI was higher effective and suitable for student of bachelor degree in Computer and Information Technology. The student can learn the ICT System every topics easily. Moreover, the online lesson can supported the students of Information and communication Technology education and improves their skill performances.
