การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานโรงเรียน ต้นแบบสร้างสรรค์กระบวนการเรียนรู้สู่เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนิน งานโรงเรียนต้นแบบสร้างสรรค์กระบวนการเรียนรู้สู่เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของโรงเรียนสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 12 คน ครูผู้สอน147 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating Scale) จำนวน 65ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .87 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (μ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนต้นแบบสร้างสรรค์กระบวนการเรียนรู้สู่เศรษฐกิจพอ เพียง ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก และมีสภาพการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

2. ปัญหาการดำเนินงาน พบว่าในภาพรวมมีปัญหาน้อยและมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย ทุกด้าน

3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนต้นแบบสร้างสรรค์กระบวนการเรียน รู้สู่เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 มีแนวทาง การพัฒนาที่สำคัญ คือ โรงเรียนควรกำหนดนโยบายเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไว้ในวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ กลยุทธ์

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study state problems and guidelines for development of Sufficient Economy Learning Process creative model School in Tak educational service area office, zone 2. Respondents consisted of 12 administrators and 147 teachers. The research instruments were rating scale questionnaires with 65items. Confidence level of the questionnaire was .87 Data analysis consisted of mean (μ) and standard deviation (σ).

The findings of the study were as follows:

1. The state of sufficient economy operation of the schools in Tak educational service area office, zone 2 was found that the overall was high level. All aspects of state of management were high level too.

2. Operational problems, the overallwas low level. All aspects of operational problem were low level too.

3. The important operational development guideline for the sufficient economy learning process creative model school was sufficient economy policies which should be set within school visions, missions and strategies.
