ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อสมรรถนะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน : การวิเคราะห์โมเดลเชิงเส้นตรงระดับลดหลั่น

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยระดับครูและปัจจัยระดับโรงเรียนที่มีอิทธิพลต่อสมรรถนะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ด้วยโมเดลเชิงเส้นตรงระดับลดหลั่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจำนวน 1,160 คนจาก 61 โรงเรียนซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อสมรรถนะการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 48 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .46 -.87 มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 0.62 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ . 84 และแบบทดสอบวัดสมรรถนะการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ชนิดเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 32 ข้อ มีค่าความยากตั้งแต่ .44 ถึง .71 มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ .57 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .42 ถึง .78 มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 0.59 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ. 80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ด้วยโมเดลเชิงเส์'นตรงระดับลดหลั่นด้วยโปรแกรม สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใซ้ได้แก่ t- test (lndependent Sample), ความถี่, ร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, ความเบ้, ความโด่ง, วิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบลดหลั่น ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏดังนี้ 1) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าตัวแปรระดับครูที่มีผลต่อสมรรถนะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนโดยรวมของครูได้แก่ ตัวแปรความเป็นครูที่มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการทำวิจัยและตัวแปรความคาดหวังในผลการวิจัย อายุราชการ และลักษณะนิสัยที่เอื้อต่อการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน 2) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าตัวแปรระดับโรงเรียนที่มีอิทธิพลต่อค่าเฉลี่ยสมรรถนะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนโดยรวมของครู ได้แก่ ตัวแปรการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหาร

Abstract

This research aimed to study the factors that affected the classroom research competency of Office of The Basic Education Commission teachers using hierarchical linear model analysis.

The samples of this study are comprised of teachers from 61 schools under of Office of The Basic Education Commission. The instruments used in collecting data were the questionnaire concerning the factors affecting classroom research with discriminating powers ranging .46-,87 mean discriminating powers ranging.62 and a reliability of .84 and the classroom research performance test with difficulty .44-,71 mean difficulty .57 discriminating powers ranging .42-,78 mean discriminating powers ranging.59 and a reliability of .80. Data consisted of the variables of teacher levels and variables of school levels using hierarchical linear model analysis by HLM program. The major results were as follows: 1) Variables of teacher levels that had significant effects on classroom research competency teachers were the experience of the teachers about researching, the behavior of the teachers that support researching, expected of the teachers about researching Working duration of teacher and Gender. 2) Variables of school levels that had significant effects on classroom research competency teachers were the support by the administrators.
