Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา วิธีการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 4ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาปัญหาการบริหาร โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา โดยใช้การระดมความคิดจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เลือกแบบเจาะจงเลือกมา25 รูป/ท่าน มานำเสนอสภาพปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติ ธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ขั้นตอนที่2 การประเมินสมมุติฐานรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนพระ ปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา โดยการเชิญผู้เชี่ยวชาญ23 รูป/ท่าน มารับทราบสภาพปัญหา ในขั้นตอนที่ 1 แล้วขอให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเสนอสภาพปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา และเสนอข้อคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติม จากนั้นได้เชิญให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดมความคิด ปรับปรุงรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัญหา แล้วประเมินผลรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทดลองรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญ ศึกษาที่โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมวัดบึงกิตติวิทยา แผนกสามัญศึกษา ตำบลในเมือง อำเภอเมือง นครราชสีมา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เป็นเวลา 2 เดือนระหว่างวันที่ 9 เดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ.2554 ถึงวันที่ 24 เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ.2554 ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ปรับปรุงรูปแบบเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายจากผลการทดลอง

จากผลการประเมินและทดลองรูปแบบปรากฏว่า รูปแบบนี้มีความถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์นำไปปฏิบัติได้และมีประโยชน์ได้รูปแบบการบรหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษาดังนี้

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to develop the model of administration of the Phrapariyatidhamma schools of general education department. This study consisted of four stages and the first stage was to study administration problems in the Phrapariyatidhamma schools of general education department with brainstorming method. 25 purposive selected experts were used to present these problems. Secondly, the hypotheses were set on the administration model of the Phrapariyatidhamma schools of general education department was presentred to 23 experts in the fields who were invited to acknowledge the problems from the first stage and the additional suggestions concerning the administration problems were obtained. Then, the experts participated in the brainstorming to improve the administration model to be correspondent to the problems and to evaluate this model. Thirdly, the model of administration of the Phrapariyatidhamma schools of general education department was implemented for two months from July, 9 2011 to September, 24 2011 at Buengkitiwittaya Phrapariyatidhamma School of general education department, NaiMuang Sub-district, Muang District NakhonRatchasima Province. Finally, the model was improved from the results of the implementation.

The results of the evaluation and implementation indicated that this model was accurate, perfect, practical and beneficial. The following figure illustrates the model of administration of the Phrapariyatidhamma schools of general education department.
