ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนของครูประจำการที่ส่งผลต่อแรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการสอน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนของครูประจำการที่ส่งผลต่อแรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการสอน 2) เพื่อศึกษาแรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการสอนของครูประจำการที่มีผลจากการได้รับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูประจำการสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาจำนวน15 เขต แต่ละสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% จำนวน400 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling)เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.971 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยง เบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้าปรากฏดังนี้

1. ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนของครูประจำการที่ส่งผลต่อแรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการสอน 1) ช่องทางสื่อสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอน พบว่า มากที่สุด คือ หนังสือ ตำราวารสารงานวิจัย 2) ช่องทางการได้รับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนจาก พบว่า มากที่สุด คือ หนังสือ ตำรา วารสาร งานวิจัย 3) ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนประเภทที่นำไปใช้ประโยชน์กับนักเรียน พบว่ามากที่สุด คือ หนังสือ ตำรา วารสาร งานวิจัย รองลงมา 4) ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศใดที่ได้รับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนที่ชัดเจน พบว่า มากที่สุด คือ กิจกรรม ได้แก่ การอบรมสัมมนาและการจัดนิทรรศการ 5) ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนประเภทที่มีรูปแบบการเผยแพร่ที่น่าสนใจ พบว่า มากที่สุด คือ โทรทัศน์ครู (Teacher TV) 6) ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนที่ได้รับแล้วทันตามเวลากำหนด พบว่า มากที่สุดคือ โทรทัศน์ครู (Teacher TV) 7) ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนที่ได้รับแล้วใช้ถ้อยคำเข้าใจง่าย พบว่า มากที่สุด คือ บุคคล ได้แก่ การถาม-ตอบ ครู ศึกษานิเทศ 8)ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนที่สามารถชักจูงและเป็นแรงบันดาลใจที่พัฒนาตนเองด้านการสอน พบว่า มากที่สุด คือ โทรทัศน์ครู (Teacher TV) 9) ความต้องการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนจากช่องทางที่มีความสะดวกในการรับสารสนเทศ พบว่ามากที่สุด คือ หนังสือ ตำรา วารสาร งานวิจัย 10) ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนที่คิดว่าควรมีการเพิ่มเติมและปรับปรุง พบว่า มากที่สุด คือ อินเทอร์เน็ต

2. แรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการสอนของครูประจำการที่มีผลจากการได้รับสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของครู สามารถนำสารสนเทศด้านนวัตกรรมในการพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถด้านการวิจัยและการพัฒนาสื่อ และ/หรือนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to 1) Study for Channels of information on innovative teaching of teachers affecting the inspiration for the development of teaching 2) Study about teachers ’s affecting the inspiration for the development of teaching. office of north east educational Area for secondary school teachers . The samples consisted of 400 secondary school teachers north east educational area in 15 area, selected by means of cluster random sampling method were utilized as the sample group in this study.

The research instrument consisted the questionnaires a reliability of 0.971and were used to collect data and frequency, percentages, arithmetic means and standard deviations were used to analyze those data.

The results of the study were as follow :
