Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 2) ศึกษาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 และ 3) ศึกษาการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 98 คน และครูผู้สอนจำนวน 308 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 406 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอนผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. การบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน อยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการคิดและตัดสินใจอยู่ในอันดับต่ำสุด 2. คุณภาพการศึกษาด้านผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายมาตรฐานอยู่ในระดับมากโดยมาตรฐานที่ 1 ผู้เรียนมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ อยู่ในอันดับสูงสุดและมาตรฐานที่ 4 ผู้เรียนมีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ คิดสังเคราะห์ มีวิจารณญาณมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ คิดไตร่ตรองและมีวิสัยทัศน์อยู่ในอันดับต่ำสุด3. การบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์เขต 1 มี 4 ด้านคือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ การมีส่วนร่วมในการคิดและตัดสินใจ การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน โดยร่วมกันส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำนาย ร้อยละ 69.10

Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the participative administration for classroom action research in basic schools under the office of Prachuabkhirikhan educational service area 1, 2) to study the educational quality on student performance in basic schools under the office of Prachuabkhirikhan educational service area 1, and 3) to study the participative administration for classroom action research effecting the educational quality on student performance in basic schools under the office of Prachuabkhirikhan educational service area 1. The samples used in this research were 406 respondents consisting of 98 administrators and 308 teachers. The research instrument was the questionnaire with the rating scale of 5 levels. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis .The research results revealed that:1. The participative administration for classroom action research in basic schools under the office of Prachuabkhirikhan educational service area 1 was at high level as a whole and each aspect. The aspect of participation in planning was at the highest level, and the aspect of participation in thinking and decision making was at the lowest level.2. The educational quality on student performance in basic schools under the office of Prachuabkhirikhan educational service area 1 was at high level as a whole and each aspect. The 1st Standards : having the moral and ethical value of students was at the highest level, and the 4th Standard : having the ability on critical thinking, synthetic thinking creative thinking, and vision was at the lowest level.3. The participative administration for classroom action effecting the educational quality on student performance in basic schools under the office of Prachuabkhirikhan educational service area 1 were 4 aspects : the participation of beneficiaries, participation in thinking and decision making, participation in the operation, and participation in planning with statistical significance at the .05 leveland having predictive efficiency of 69.10 percent.
