The samples were 191 teachers working in the child development centers in Chanthaburi province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics were mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.</p> <p> The research findings were found as follows.</p> <ol> <li class="show">The personal factors, the factors of the team process, and the environmental factors affecting the teachers’ teamwork in the child development centers in Chanthaburi province in the overall and in each aspect were at a high level. The mean scores of the personal factors, the factors of the team process, and the environmental factors organized from the highest to the lowest were the personal factors with the mean score at 4.15, the factors of the team process with the mean score at 4.11, and the environmental factors with the mean score at 3.78.</li> <li class="show">The relationship among the personal factors, the factors of the team process, and the environmental factors affecting the teachers’ teamwork in the child development centers was related positively to each other with the statistical significance at the level of .01.</li> <li class="show">The perception factors of the teamwork efficacy (X<sub>4</sub>) transformational leadership (X<sub>7</sub>) the team cohesiveness (X<sub>6</sub>) the reward system (X<sub>8</sub>) and the ability of the members (X<sub>1</sub>) could be used to predict the teachers’ teamwork in the child development centers by 63%. The predictive equation was showed as follows.</li> </ol> <p>The predictive question of the raw scores</p> <p>Ŷ = 0.46 + 0.22 (X<sub>4</sub>) + 0.20 (X<sub>7</sub>) + 0.27 (X<sub>6</sub>) + 0.08 (X<sub>8</sub>) + 0.12 (X<sub>1</sub>) </p> <p>The predictive question of the standard scores</p> <p> Ź = 0.24 (X<sub>4</sub>) + 0.26 (X<sub>7</sub>) + 0.30 (X<sub>6</sub>) + 0.14 (X<sub>8</sub>) + 0.13 (X<sub>1</sub>) </p>}, number={3}, journal={Journal of Graduate School, Pitchayatat, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University}, author={แสงเดือนสายฝน and อิ่มสวาสดิ์ประยูร and รักงามชัยพจน์}, year={2020}, month={Dec.}, pages={209-218} }
