Integration is the integration of interrelated sub-units to create a harmonious whole and to be able to operate to achieve the objectives effectively. It is the integration, coordination, addition, and connection to lead to the goals effectively together as a management approach for private business administration. While the management of public organizations, management occurs in volunteer organizations, partnerships and businesses. As for the management related to government activities, which usually occurs in the context of public policy, in addition, private business organizations generally have narrower goals than public administration, but are motivated by profit. Public administration not only has broader goals, but also has a tradition that practitioners must adhere to specific principles, such as readiness to be responsible to the public, fairness and compliance with the law. The importance of management is the operation that relies on joint planning in using human resources or other resources, such as budget, materials and equipment, to manage to achieve the specified objectives. Integrated organization management is the use of management through strategic thinking and analysis and strategic planning, the implementation of related management systems within the framework of management policy thinking, to be implemented in a tangible form and to be able to adjust management in a timely manner.
