Because volunteerism and public mind are desirable qualities that must be cultivated continuously, therefore, the development of volunteerism is a process that focuses on personal growth and development in the mind and have visibility into the service culture and competencies involved in volunteer work volunteering development generally involves fostering good leadership. Promote personal and social responsibility and promote systematic thinking skills and Teamwork Skills Planning and Goal Setting. The process begins with planning and setting the clear goals for volunteer development. Goals should be set with the clear content and objectives. The research area is the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Khlong Khuean District. Chachoengsao Province. The target group was employees of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization; Khlong Khuean District, with the number of 115 people, including the purposive selection method. There are two types of tools used in the research: questionnaire. The used statistics in data analysis are frequency (Frequency), percentage (Percentage), and mean and standard deviation t-test value and f-Test value (One Way Analysis of variance). The research results found that:</p> <ol> <li>For an administration according to the principles of good governance of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Khlong Khuean District. Chachoengsao Province, in the overview and each aspect was at a moderate level.</li> <li>For a comparison of the opinions of employees in the Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Khlong Khuean District towards administration according to the principles of good governance, classified by gender, its result was found that the employees' opinions towards the administration according to the principles of good governance was not significantly different at the .05 level. When had been classified by age, it was found that the employees had the different opinions with statistically significance at the .05 level on some management according to the good governance principles.</li> <li>Suggestions regarding the administration according to the principles of good governance of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Khlong Khuean District. Chachoengsao Province were found that there should be clear guidelines for using regulations with the standards for the quality enforcement. Moreover, the consciousness should be raised in everyone to apply Dhamma principles in their work and they can be able to apply them in everyday life. Chachoengsao Province The population used in the research includes people in Bang Khwan Subdistrict; Mueang Chachoengsao District Chachoengsao Province, with the number of 6,555 people. The sample group used in the research was the number of 382 people in Bang Khwan Subdistrict, Mueang Chachoengsao District in Chachoengsao Province, was obtained by using the success table calculated from the formula according to the method of Krejci and Morgan. The tool used in the study was a type of questionnaire with a 5-ranking rating scale (Rating Scale). Data was collected by sending the questionnaires to students. The used data analysis was the basic statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study found that:</p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">1. For the participation in promoting Buddhism among the people of Bang Khwan Subdistrict. Mueang Chachoengsao District Chachoengsao Province, in the overview and each aspect was at a high level.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">2. Suggestions regarding participation in promoting Buddhism among the people of Bang Khwan Subdistrict, Mueang Chachoengsao District in Chachoengsao Province were found that some monks should go out for alms to all villages so that Buddhists have lived far from the temple and they can participate in offering food, clothing, consumer goods and medicines. There should be an efficiency criterion of 80/80 to compare the learning achievement on mango processing before and after studying by using the life skills enhancement model and to study student satisfaction with the integrated mango processing activities to enhance life skills of Secondary 1 students. The target population includes Secondary 1 students, with a total number of 20 students. The tools used in the study were one activity plan for integrating mango processing to enhance life skills, a test to measure academic and post-study achievement, and a questionnaire. The data analysis was used the basic statistics, including Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, E<sub>1</sub>/E<sub>2</sub> efficiency determination, and t-test Dependent. The research results found that:</p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">1. Efficiency of the integrated mango processing activities to enhance the life skills of Secondary 1 students had a value (E</span><sub>1</sub><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">/E</span><sub>2</sub><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">) equal to 79.20/80.18 according to the criteria 80/80.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">2. For comparison of the academic achievement on the mango processing before and after studying by using the life skills enhancement model, it was found that the average score after studying was higher than before studying with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">3. Students have satisfaction with the integrated mango processing activities to enhance students' life skills. The research format was the type of quantitative research. The research area was Buddhasothon Buddhist College; Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The sample group was the number of 136students in 1<sup>st</sup> to 4<sup>th</sup> year by using the random sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-rank rating scale. Data were collected by sending questionnaires to the sample group. The used data analysis was basic statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study found that:</p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">1. For the merit making behavior according to the principle of merit making of Buddhasothon Sangha College students in Chachoengsao Province, in overall and each aspect was at a high level.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">2. Guidelines for developing the merit-making behavior according to merit-making principles, there were namely giving alms according to one's ability, adhere to the principle of pure intention at all 3 times: before giving, while to give and after giving things. They felt delighted that the donation had already been given. We should encourage all of students to always be restrained in body, speech and mind. The population used in this study were the total number of 40 monks and novices at Wat Pitulathirat Rangsarit in Chachoengsao Province. The tool used in the study was a questionnaire with 5-rank rating scale (Rating Scale). The reliability of the entire questionnaire was 0.916. The data was analyzed by using a statistical package. The used statistics in data analysis are frequency, percentage, and mean and standard deviation. The results of the study found that:</p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">1. Application of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in the daily life of monks and novices at Wat Pitulathirat Rangsarit in Chachoengsao Province, in overall, it was found that it was at a high level. When have been considered in each aspect, there were on the receiving information about the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, on the expense reduction and the consuming and conservation of the natural resources and it was at a high level. As for saving was at a moderate level.</span></p> <p>2. Suggestions regarding the application of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in daily life were found that there should be a recycling bin, consuming the water from the temple's water plant to increase savings. This study is a type of the documentary research. The data were collected from Tripitaka, Atthakatha, Tika, Pakaranavisesa and Theravada Buddhist texts. The results of the study revealed that</p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">1. Mortality is the remembrance of death to create the awareness and mindfulness, including to Thinking, hurrying up and doing good deeds, it can give the results in reaching the highest level of enlightenment Arhatship in Buddhism, but for those who do not practice with death remembrance or are not interested in preparing for death. The symptoms of death may also result in a painful and restless death for those who have not prepared themselves.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">2. With practices for preparing for a peaceful death, they should begin with the right views or the correct knowledge on the cycles of birth and death, etc., which will be the factors of conducting the charity by giving alms, observing the precepts, or not committing all sins, including the merit collection accompanied by meditation or mind training.
