Online food ordering has played a huge role during the COVID-19 crisis, acting as an intermediary between restaurants and consumers. It is a pathway that helps business operations to have the opportunity to reach more customers. Therefore, this research has the main purpose, to study motivation that affect the behaviour of being a good member of the organization of employees in the seafood processing industry in Samut Sakhon Province and to study the relationship with the organization that affect the behaviour of being a good member of the organization of employees in the seafood processing industry in Samut Sakhon Province. Data were collected from employees in the seafood processing industry in Samut Sakhon Province. By randomly sampling 400 people from a large seafood processing industry. in the seafood processing industry in Samut Sakhon Province, the questionnaire was used as a research tool. The statistics used in the data analysis were average, percentage, standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that 1) motivation factors career advancement, the success in the work, responsibility in work and the nature of work Affects the commitment to the organization with statistical significance at the 0.05 level 2) Motivation factor to success in work career advancement and job responsibilities affects the behaviour of being a good member of the organization. It was statistically significant at 0.05 level. 3) Organizational engagement factors, the organizational commitment factor Desire to maintain membership of the organization willingness to act for the benefit of the organization, and trust and acceptance of the organization's goals and values. Affects the behaviour of being a good member of the organization. statistically significant at the 0.05 level, respectively.

VEHICLE ROUTING FOR TIRE TRANSPORTATION IN THE EASTERN REGION OF THAILAND BY USING THE SAVING ALGORITHM A CASE STUDY OF ABC COMPANY LIMITED

The objectives of this research were to study the routing of transportation tires of ABC Co., Ltd., to compare the routing between the original method of ABC Company Limited and the saving algorithm method. In order to devise solutions and develop the transportation routing to achieve the most efficient path.

The results of this study found that ABC Company Limited's tire transportation route arrangement uses only one distribution point. The pick up trucks were used for delivery to customers in Chonburi Province. There are 5 cars in total. Each car can make 2-4 routes per day, with a maximum load of 3-4.5 tons per vehicle. For longer distance such as transportation to Chachoengsao, Prachinburi and Sa Kaeo provinces 6-wheel vehicle were used. The distribution is from Monday to Saturday, but greatest on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. A total of 5 vehicles are used to distribute products each day, able to distribute products on 2 to 4 routes. Which can carry no more than 4-5 tons per vehicle, 10-wheel vehicle is used for transportation in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat provinces, but mainly delivery on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. In total of 2 vehicles, each one can deliver around 3-5 stores per day. which will carry no more than 9-10 tons. The distribution route between each provinces in the east, the overall distance before calculating Savings s(i,j) for 12 months, equivalent to 307,915.20 kilometers, after calculating, Saving s(i,j) the overall distance in 12 months is 20,688 kilometers, which is reduces by 6.72%.

MARKETING MIX FACTORS AFFECTING THE DECISION TO RENT A VENDING SPACE OF SOLE PROPRIETORS CASE STUDY OF COMMUNITY MALL IN EASTERN ECONMIC CORRIDOR (EEC)

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the personal factors affecting the decision to rent space of the sole proprietors in community malls. Case study of community malls in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development project area. 2) To study the level of service marketing mix factors affecting the decision to rent space to sell goods and services of small shop operators in the type of sole proprietorship in leasing community mall spaces. Case study of community malls in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development project area. The sample size used in the study was sole proprietorships of 261 companies. The data were analyzed using statistical values of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis.

THE FACTORS INFLUENCING GROUP LIFE INSURANCE AND COMPANY WELFARE (COMPANY CREDIT) DECISIONS ON PRIVATE HOSPITAL SERVICES IN CHACHOENGSAO

This research aimed to study the effects of individual variables on Group Life Insurance and Company Welfare decisions on Private Hospital Services in Chachoengsao. Moreover, the corporate image factors influence the private hospital services in Chachoengsao. The subjects were the population of Chachoengsao. The study’s instrument consisted of questionnaires, which were used to collect data. Statistics used for data analysis consisted of mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Multiple Linear Regression.

The results of this study indicate that the differences of individual factors—on Group Life Insurance and Company Welfare decisions on Private Hospital Services in Chachoengsao—were statistically insignificant and they were virtually all individual decisions to use Private Hospital Services. Furthermore, the corporate image factors affecting private hospital services in Chachoengsao significantly used reputation to maintain the client confidence. Corporate communication, marketing factors, medical services with advanced technology, and price factors all of these were affecting toward the decisions on private hospital services in Chachoengsao indeed.

A STUDY OF PERSONAL CHARACTERISTIC FACTORS AFFECTING JOB BURNOUT OF EMPLOYEES IN A PRIVATE COMPANY IN THE SILOM AREA OF BANGKOK

This research aims to 1) study the levels of personal characteristic factors including Perfectionism, Self-efficacy, Workaholism and Job Burnout of employees in a private; 2) explore the influence of personal characteristics factors affecting job burnout of employees in a private company. A quantitative research methodology was applied to collect data from 400 samples through distributing questionnaires at Silom in the Bangkok area. The sample was chosen by probability sampling. The descriptive statistics were utilized for data analysis, such as percentage, frequency, and standard deviation. The data from the questionnaires was analyzed by inferential statistics, namely Multiple Regression Analysis.

Personal characteristics including self-efficacy and perfectionism were found to be negatively significant for job burnout, while workaholism was found to be positively significant for job burnout.

A STUDY OF FACTORS AFFECTING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE INDUSTRY 4.0: A CASE SYUDY OF DAISIN CO.,LTD.

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the factors of technology adoption that affect employee performance in Industry 4.0; 2) study the organizational factors affecting the efficiency of employees' performance in Industry 4.0; and 3) study the human factors affecting the performance of employees in the Industry 4.0 in a case study of Daisin Co., Ltd. Employees of Daisin Co., Ltd. were utilized as samples in this study. A total of 310 personnel were employed in this investigation.

The results of the research revealed that the factors of technology adoption, including perceived usefulness and the perception of ease of use, and organizational factors including personnel support, human development, and the commitment of the organization, operational efficiency at a high level. As a consequence, if an organization is dedicated to supporting the adoption of Industry 4.0 technology, it will be able to observe and embrace the benefits that occur, which will have an impact on operational efficiency. In terms of personnel factors, knowledge and understanding of Industry 4.0 technology had a moderate impact on operational efficiency. As a result of the target group, the majority of them are operational-level employees, which means they have the fundamental working skills required to follow an established standard procedure.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี RFID ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมความตั้งใจ นำไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัทอุตสาหกรรมผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ บริษัท ABC จำกัด ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมอิสเทริน์ซี บอร์ด จังหวัดระยอง โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างพนักงานบริษัทอุตสาหกรรมผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ บริษัท ABC จำกัด ในเขต นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอิสเทริน์ซีบอร์ด จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 397 คน ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้มาจากแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยนำเอาข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาตรวจสอบข้อมูล (Data cleaning) ทดสอบความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) ความเที่ยงตรง (Validity) แล้ววิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของตัวแปรด้วยแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) โดยใช้ แบบจำลองมาจากทฤษฎีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี หรือ Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พบว่าแต่ละตัวแปรในแบบจำลองส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญกับตัวแปรปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี RFID ต่อพฤติกรรมความตั้งใจนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน ผลลัพธ์จากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของแบบจำลอง พบว่า ตัวแปรสังเกตได้มีความสอดคล้องกับตัวแปรแฝงเป็นอย่างดี เมื่อพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงสาเหตุพบว่า แบบจำลองสมมติฐานมีความกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ นอกจากนี้ความตั้งใจในการนำเทคโนโลยี RFID ไปใช้ในการ ปฏิบัติงาน สามารถอธิบายได้จากตัวแปรแฝงภายใน ได้แก่ การรับรู้ความสามารถตนเอง (Self-Efficacy) ความวิตกกังวลในการ ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ (Computer Anxiety) การคล้อยตามสิ่งอ้างอิง (Subjective Norm) ประสบการณ์การใช้งาน (Previous Experience) พฤติกรรมความตั้งใจใช้เทคโนโลยี RFID (Behaviral Intention to Use) โดยความสัมพันธ์มีนัยทางสถิติที่ระดับ
