Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

 การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1โดยมีขั้นตอนในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 5 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) การสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 3) การทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 4) การประเมินผลหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และ 5) การปรับปรุงแก้ไขหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่ม ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบ One Group Pretest-Posttest Design โดยเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม ทำการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีแบบไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน (t-test dependent) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย หลักการวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม เนื้อหา วิธีการฝึกอบรม สื่ออุปกรณ์ การวัดและประเมินผล เนื้อหาหลักสูตรประกอบด้วย หน่วยที่ 1: ภาษาอังกฤษในชีวิตประจำวัน หน่วยที่ 2: การอ่านหนังสือพิมพ์ภาษาอังกฤษ หน่วยที่ 3: ภาษาอังกฤษในการประชุม หน่วยที่ 4: การเขียนจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หน่วยที่ 5: ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนำเสนอผลงาน และผลการประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ

2. ก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานมีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือความสามารถดีขึ้น 3. ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม จำนวน 30 คน มีความสนใจในการฝึกทักษะการสื่อสาร ซักถามแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล และให้ความร่วมมือในการร่วมกิจกรรมเป็นอย่างดียิ่ง

Abstract

        The purpose of this research was to develop the English training program for school administrators in Basic Education under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office I. The program developmental processes were as follows: 1) A study of fundamental data, 2) Development of the training program, 3) Implementation of the training program, 4) The evaluation of the training program and 5) The improvement of the training program. The samples were 30 primary school administrators in Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office I. Research design was one group pretest-posttest design. Comparing the differences between the pre-test and post-test scores. Percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test dependent were the statistical devices, and content analysis used for analyzing the data. The findings of the research were as follows:

1. The English training program for primary school administrators consisted of principle, objectives, trainees, contents, training delivery, training materials, measurement and evaluation. Contents consisted of Unit 1) English in everyday life, Unit 2) Reading English newspaper, 3) English used in meetings, 4) Writing electronics mail, and 5) English for work presentation.

2.  It was revealed that before and after the training program the trainees’ ability on English was statistically significantly different at the .01 level, which was better.      

3. The results of program revealed that the trainees were interested in all sessions of training. They were actively involved in the activities by asking questions, practicing and participating in discussion.
