ปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาสถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตชลบุรี (PROBLEMS AND GUIDED DEVELOPMENT IN PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES OF TEACHER STUDENTS FROM INSTITUTE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION CHONBURI CAMPUS)

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษา สถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษา สถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตชลบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษา สถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตชลบุรี ตามทัศนะของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3) เพื่อตรวจสอบระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษา สถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการศึกษาคือ นักศึกษาสถาบันการพลศึกษาวิทยาเขตชลบุรี ที่ออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 41 คน 33 แหล่งฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Median: Mdn/ I.R.R.

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษา สถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตชลบุรี โดยรวมรายด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย ซึ่งเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ คือ ด้านสวัสดิการของโรงเรียน ด้านการฝึกปฏิบัติการสอน ด้านความพร้อมของนักศึกษา ด้านอาจารย์นิเทศก์ และด้านแหล่งฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ด้านการฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่า นักศึกษาควรมีการสอนที่หลากหลาย เพิ่มเนื้อหาและวิธีการสอนที่น่าสนใจ สถาบันการพลศึกษาควรมีการจัดปฐมนิเทศให้กับนักศึกษาก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์การสอนและนักศึกษาควรรู้จักวิธีการบูรณาการการสอนให้เข้ากับกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ได้ทุกกิจกรรม ด้านสวัสดิการของโรงเรียนแหล่งฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและสถาบันการพลศึกษา ควรให้ความร่วมมือกัน ทางด้านการจัดสวัสดิการขั้นพื้นฐานที่สามารถจัดหาได้ให้กับนักศึกษา การจัดการกับสภาพแวดล้อมทั้งภายนอกและภายในบริเวณที่พักอาศัยของนักศึกษา การให้มีความปลอดภัยทั้งชีวิตและทรัพย์สินให้กับนักศึกษา

3. ผลการตรวจสอบระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับแนวทางในการพัฒนาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาสถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตชลบุรี พบว่า ด้านการฝึกปฏิบัติการสอน และด้านสวัสดิการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลที่ออกมาหมายความว่า แนวทางการแก้ปัญหานี้สามารถเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูได้อย่างถูกต้องตรงตามปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research was to study the problems and the corresponding solutions in professional practices of students from Institute of Physical Education, Chon Buri Campus. The research aims were: 1) To examine the problems that occurred in professional practices of students from Institute of Physical Education, Chon Buri Campus. 2) To seek solutions to the problems faced by the professional practices according to the views of the students involved. 3) To determine the solutions to the problems in the professional practices based on experts’ opinions. The samples in this research were 41 students from Institute of Physical Education, Chon Buri Campus who practiced teaching in 33 different schools in the academic year of 2010. A purposive sampling method was used in the study. Data were analyzed by measures of frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and Median : Mdn/ I.R.R..

The research showed that:

1. Ranked in descending order, the most severe problems that occurred during the sample students’ professional practices was in the basic welfare of the schools where they practiced teaching were; teaching and learning activities, privacy issues, faculty supervision, and also some other aspects in the practicing process.

2. The solutions to the aforementioned problems, according to the experts, were;

    2.1 The students who practiced their professional skills should resort to various resources in their teaching, and use different teaching methods to enhance their students’ interest. The Institute of Physical Education should provide the students with orientation and training before they go to practice teaching. And the students should know the ways to integrate teaching with activities in the practice.

     2.2 The schools where the students practiced teaching should provide them with sufficient support in basic welfare, such as creating a good external as well as internal environment in the residential area. They should also ensure the safety of life and property.

      2.3 The opinions of experts on improving the sample student’s professional practices in the teaching and learning process and the average welfare level had been proven to alleviate the problems encountered in the sample students’ professional practices.
