ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพึงพอใจและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตจีนวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา (THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SATISFACTION AND STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT OF CHINESE STUDENTS OF INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE BURAPHA UNIVERSITY)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพึงพอใจและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตจีนวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำแนกตามเพศ ช่วงชั้นปี และสาขาวิชา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นิสิตจีนที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาช่วงชั้นปีที่ 2 ปีที่ 3 และปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 202 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 53 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีทดสอบผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด (LSD) และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตจีนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตจีน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี 3) ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตจีนจำแนกตามเพศและช่วงชั้นปี โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามสาขาวิชา โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .05 4) การเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการของนิสิตจีน จำแนกตามเพศ ช่วงชั้นปีและสาขาวิชาโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5) ความพึงพอใจกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการของนิสิตจีนมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับปานกลาง

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to determine and compare the relationship between satisfaction and achievements of Chinese students attending the International College of Burapha University, in terms of genders, year of study, and majors. The sample consisted of 202 people who ranged from year 2 to year 4 Chinese students. The research instrument was a set of 53 item five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistical devices used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test, One Way-ANOVA, least significant difference test (LSD) and the correlation coefficient. The results revealed as follows: 1) The satisfaction of Chinese students was rated at a moderate level. However, the building utilization and the environment were satisfied at high level. 2) The achievements of Chinese students as a whole were at a good level. 3) The comparison of satisfaction of Chinese students classified by gender and year of study as a whole was not statistically significantly different, while that classified by major as a whole was statistically different at .05 level of significance. 4) The comparison of achievements of Chinese students classified by gender and majors as a whole was statistically different at .05 level of significance, while that classified by year of study was not statistically significant. 5) The relationship between satisfaction and achievements of Chinese students turn out to be significantly correlated at a moderate level.
