การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยระดับมาตรฐานคุณภาพผู้เรียน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยกับมาตรฐานคุณภาพผู้เรียน และเพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์มาตรฐานคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม โดยศึกษาปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร ปัจจัยด้านครู ปัจจัยด้านนักเรียน ปัจจัยด้านผู้ปกครอง ปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรปัจจัยด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และปัจจัยด้านชุมชน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับปัจจัยและระดับมาตรฐานคุณภาพผู้เรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยกับมาตรฐานคุณภาพผู้เรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และตัวแปรพยากรณ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อมาตรฐานคุณภาพผู้เรียนด้านผู้ปกครองด้านผู้บริหาร ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและด้านนักเรียน สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์มาตรฐานคุณภาพผู้เรียนโดยรวมได้ร้อยละ 44.7 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to determine the level of the following factors, students’ quality standard, the correlation between factors and students quality standard and the prediction of equation of factors affecting students quality standard of primary schools under the office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area by evaluating the effects of administrators, teachers, students, guardians, administrative resources, buildings and facilities and the community. Those quantities were collected by using questionnaires. The statistical analysis of this study focused on the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research showed that the factor and the students’ quality standard level were found to be high. Another important result is the factors and students quality standard were found to be positively related to the significance of .05. Finally, the prediction variables of factors affecting students’ quality standard in the aspects of guardians, administrators, buildings and facilities and students can predict the students’ quality standard as a whole at 44.7% with the significant difference of .05.
