บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนามาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ขนาดของโรงเรียน และประเภทของโรงเรียน ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนและประเภทของโรงเรียน รวมทั้งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการพัฒนามาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูสายผู้สอนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา และโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำนวน 270 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วัดการพัฒนามาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม .98 และ .95 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการวิเคราะห์ค่าวิกฤติที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) การทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Least Significant Difference (LSD) และการหาสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Simple Correlation)

ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้า พบว่า

1. การพัฒนามาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 ทั้งโดยรวมและรายมาตรฐานทุกระดับการศึกษา ขนาดของโรงเรียน และประเภทของโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกขนาดของโรงเรียน และประเภทของโรงเรียน

3. การพัฒนามาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ขนาดของโรงเรียนและประเภทของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05)

4. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนและประเภทของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05)

5. การพัฒนามาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 ทั้งโดยรวมและเกือบทุกรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กัน

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare the development of standards on teaching profession as classified by educational level, school size and school type; to investigate and to compare educational effectiveness as classified by school size and school type; as well as to find the relationship between the standards teaching profession and educational effectiveness of primary schools under the Office of Rayong Educational Service Area 2. The sample used in this study were 270 teachers working in primary and expansion opportunity schools. The research instruments were five rating scale questionnaires concerning the development of standards on teaching profession and educational effectiveness which had the reliability value at .98 and .95 respectively. The statistical devices were mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference-LSD and Pearson Product Moment Simple Correlation.

The findings revealed that:

1. The development of standards on teaching profession in primary schools, classified by educational level, school size and school type were rated at high level.

2. Educational effectiveness of primary schools, classified by school size and school type were rated at high level.

3. The development of standards on teaching profession in primary schools, classified by educational level, school size and school type were significant difference (p.<.05).

4. Educational effectiveness of primary schools, classified by school size and school type were significant difference (p.<.05).

5. There was relationship between the development of standards on teaching profession and educational effectiveness of primary schools with statistically significance at .05.
