ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนในสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร (Factor influencing schools effectiveness under the office of Yasothorn education service area)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร โดยรวม กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร จำนวน 199 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านแรงจูงใจ และด้านการสื่อสารส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านแรงจูงใจ และด้านการสื่อสารกับประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร ทุกด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

4. จากสมการพยากรณ์ที่ดีที่สุดพบว่า ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ของปัจจัย ด้านภาวะผู้นำ (X₁) ด้านแรงจูงใจ (X₂) ด้านการสื่อสาร (X₃) สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร ได้ () ร้อยละ 34.90 และสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และได้สมการพยากรณ์ ดังนี้

= 1.093 + .342(X₁) + .235(X₂) + .109(X₃)

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research was to determine factors that can predict all aspects of schools effectiveness under the Office of Yasothon Educational Service Area. The sample consisted of 199 administrator under the Office of Yasothon Educational Service Area. The research instruments used for collecting data were five level rating scale questionnaires. The statistics devices used in analyzing the. data included Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The findings were the follows:

1. Factors leadership motivation and communication influencing schools effectiveness under the office of Yasothon Educational Service Area were rated at a high level.

2. Schools effectiveness under the Office of Yasothon Educational Service Area were rated at a high level.

3. There was positive relationship between factors and schools effectiveness under the Office or Yasothon Educational Service Area, with statistical significance of .05

4. According to the best prediction equation, it indicated that factors of the leadership (X₁) motivation (X₂) and communication (X₃) could be used as predictor for schools effectiveness as a whole at 34.90 percent with statistical significance of .05. The raw data predicable equation could be written as follows:
