ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ของโรงเรียนที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว (FACTORS RELATED ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STUDENT ASSISTANT SYSTEM IN SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF SAKAEO EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA)

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว กลุ่มตัวอย่างมี 169 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 77 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .25-.80 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .96 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

4. ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ (X₄) สามารถพยากรณ์ผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้วได้ โดยสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ได้ดังนี้

ABSTRACT

The study of factors related to the implementation of student assistant system in school under the Office of Sakaeo Educational Service Area used 169 sampling respondents. The instruments comprised of items a 5 rating scale questionnaire The discrimination value, the item discrimination was between .25-.80 and the reliability was .96. The statistical devices used to analyze the data by ware arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis:

The findings were as follows.

1. Factors related to teacher performance in school under the Office of Sakaeo Educational Service Area in overall and specific topic were rated at high level.

2. Teacher performance with the implementation of student assistant system in school under the Office of Sakaeo Educational Service Area in overall and specific topic was rated at high level.

3. Factors concerning performance in overall and specific topic was positively related to teacher performance with the implementation of student assistant system in school under the Office of Sakaeo Educational Service Area having statistically significance at .05 level.

4. The relationship factor (X₄) concerning performance could predict teacher performance with the implementation of student assistant system was shown in the form of predictive equation as follows.
