การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวัฒนธรรมองค์การของโรงเรียนคาทอลิกสังกัดสังฆมณฑลในทศวรรษหน้าโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงอนาคตรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 63 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา โดยการใช้ค่าความถี่และร้อยละ
ผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า วัฒนธรรมองค์การของโรงเรียนคาทอลิกสังกัดสังฆมณฑลในทศวรรษหน้าควรมีลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้ ปรัชญาการศึกษาคาทอลิก คือการพัฒนามนุษย์ในทุกมิติ ทั้งด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ สติปัญญา อารมณ์ และอยู่ในสังคมอย่างมีความสุข วิสัยทัศน์ คือเป็นสนามประกาศพระคริสตธรรมเป็นบ้านของทุกคน พันธกิจคือ ปลูกฝังคุณค่าตามหลักพระคริสตธรรมเป้าหมายคือผู้เรียนเป็นศาสนิกชนที่ดี เป็นเลิศด้านความเป็นมนุษย์ เพื่อคนอื่นยุทธศาสตร์คือสร้างความร่วมมือและสร้างเครือข่ายกับองค์การอื่น มีโครงสร้างการบริหารแบบราบ บริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมยึดหลักประชาธิปไตย เน้นการบริหารจัดการที่ดี ครูมีจิตวิญญาณบุคคลที่ควรยึดเป็นแบบอย่างคือคนที่มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มีอุดมการณ์ อุทิศตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี สัญลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนคือ พระเยซูเจ้า กางเขน โบสถ์ พระแม่มารีย์ นักบุญ องค์อุปถัมภ์ เชื่อว่ามนุษย์เป็นสุดยอดของสิ่งสร้างของพระเจ้าเป็นภาพลักษณ์ของพระองค์ เป็นพี่น้องกัน มีคุณค่ามีศักดิ์ศรีเท่าเทียมกัน ยึดหลักพระคริสตธรรม ได้แก่ ความยุติธรรม ความรัก รับใช้ ไม่มีการแบ่งชั้นวรรณะอนุรักษ์และนำคุณค่าขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี และวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามมาประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันส่งเสริมให้ทุกคนได้ปฏิบัติศาสนกิจอย่างเสรีนับถือศาสนาอยู่ในระดับคุณค่ามิใช่อยู่ในระดับพิธีกรรม เน้นหลักศาสนสัมพันธ์มีหลักสูตรแกนกลางและหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นเป็นหลักสูตรบูรณาการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญโรงเรียนเป็น “ประชาคม” สัมพันธ์กันดีระหว่างผู้บริหาร บุคลากร นักเรียน ชุมชนรณรงค์ให้ทุกคนเคารพและสำนึกว่าตนเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของธรรมชาติ เทคโนโลยีเป็นของประทานจากพระเจ้าจึงควรนำเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมมาใช้และต้องสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้ผู้เรียนสามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this Ethnographic Future Research was to study the organizational culture of Catholic schools under the Catholic diocese in the next decade. Sixty-three experts were selected by means of purposive sampling. The research instrument was non-directive open ended interview guideline. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis with the frequency and percentage.
The research results were as follows: The Philosophy of Catholic schools under the Catholic diocese in the next decade would be a holistic human formation : physical and mental health; intellect; knowledge; morality; integrity; and desirable way of life so as to be able to live happily with other people. Vision : The school would be a field for Evangelization. Mission: To cultivate and promote Christian Values. Goals: Students would become good believers, moral people, person for others. Strategy: Coordinate and Network with others organizations. The administration would be a flat organization, participatory management and administrator would be a democratic leader. The teacher would have a heart of a true teacher. Hero and Heroine: A person would live with moral life, and would offer oneself as a good example for others. The symbols would be Christ, the Cross, the church, Virgin Mary and patron saints. Men and women would be God’s highest creatures. They would be brothers and sisters. They would be equal in value and dignity. The important Christian teaching would be equality, love and service, to promote and preserve the value and beauty of culture and tradition and put it into practice in one’s daily life. There would be Good governance, free practice of religious belief and promotion of inter-religious dialogue. The school would have an integration between the core curriculum and local curriculum, and would be student centered. The school would be a community and a home for all. There should be good relationship between the manager, subordinates, students and the whole community, and should love and respect for Nature. Technology would be a gift from God. The Catholic schools would have to introduce proper technology and advise the students on its proper use.
