Mixed methods research was used combines the methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The questionnaire was used as a quantitative data collection tool from a sample of 186 monks and novices. An interview questionnaire was used to collect qualitative data from five experts. Quantitative data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisted of mean and standard deviation whereas qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis. Results found that 1) the condition of Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management in Dhamma study division of Chachoengsao province in four aspects was at a high level overall. 2) The development process of Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management in Dhamma study division according to the fourth Chakra principles in the new normal consisted of teaching and learning management suitable for the new normal era and enabling teachers and students to develop in various fields of teaching management at the highest by bringing the Four Chakra principles to integrate 4 aspects , namely curriculum, teaching and learning management, instructional media, and measurement and evaluation. 3) guidelines for Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management in Dhamma study division according to the fourth Chakra principles in new normal of Chachoengsao province is integration of the four aspects with the Four Chakra Principles in order to achieve proficiency and effectiveness in Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management.</p> ER -
