Mixed methods research combines quantitative research and qualitative research was designed. There were 3 research steps: Step 1: Study student care and promotion system of students for educational institutions under Office of Primary Education Service Area using questionnaires with 357 samples. Data were analyzed by statistical data such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Step 2: Developed the system by interviewing 7 key informants, and data analysis was analyzed by content analysis. Step 3: propose the system with focus group discussion with 8 experts, and data was analyzed by content analysis. Results showed that student care and promotion system of students for educational institutions according to the Buddhist principles under Office of Primary Education Service Area consisting of 5 parts. It consisted of 1) Input factors were (1) student care and promotion, (2) Sangahavatthu IV, (3) school context, (4) law, and (5) community context.&nbsp; 2) Process, including (1) process encourage students in 5 areas: knowing each student individually, student screening, promotion and development of students, student protection and assistance, and passing students, (2) Integrating Buddhism, namely Sangahavatthu IV, namely giving, kindly speech, useful conduct, and equality consisting in impartiality. 3) Output consisted of (1) Objective, (2) Goal, (3) Principle, (4) Feedback, and (5) environment of (1) external environment, and (2) internal environment.</p> ER -
