The quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from 110 teachers teaching Vocation and Technology subjects and analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 5 experts and analyzed by content analysis.</p><p><strong>The research results showed that:</strong></p><ol><li>Teachers must have knowledge and skills in innovations and modern technology for effective learning management, be able to use variety of technology suitable to subject contents and to integrate with contents in other subjects, emphasize student-center-learning process, urge students to have critical thinking and creative thinking, develop the 21 century skills for students, and create tangible products.</li><li>The conditions and problems of using innovation and information technology in learning management of teachers in accordance with Thailand 4.0 Policy in primary schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the high level in every aspect. The highest level was on Curriculum and subject contents, followed by teaching and learning activities, measurement and evaluation, teaching and learning management process, and educational media and technology respectively.</li><li>The guideline of using innovation and information technology in learning management of teachers in accordance with Thailand 4.0 Policy in primary schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in 5 aspects is to implant learners with Invention, Innovation, Production, and Imagination.</li></ol> ER -
