To study the state of participatory<br>educational management of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, Pali<br>section, of the Sangha in Bangkhae district of Bangkok, 2. To study participatory<br>educational management of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, Pali<br>section, of the Sangha in Bangkhae district of Bangkok, and 3. To propose the<br>participatory educational management of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma<br>schools, Pali section, of the Sangha in Bangkhae district of Bangkok. The populations<br>used in the study consisted of 30 teachers and administrators and 145 students. The<br>data were collected by questionnaires and in-depth interviews, and then analyzed<br>by mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.<br>The research results showed that:<br>1. The opinion of teachers, administrators and students towards participatory<br>educational management in academic, human resource, budget and general<br>management was at the high level overall and in aspect.<br>2. In comparison results, the administrators and teachers with different Pali<br>grades, positions and teaching experiences had no different levels of opinion towards<br>participatory educational management with a significant statistic figure at 0.05.<br>Students with different status had no different levels of opinion towards participatory</span> <br> <span class="fontstyle0">The objectives of this research were; 1. The suggestions for participatory educational management were as follows;<br>3.1 In academic, teachers should be trained with teaching methods and<br>supervised in teaching and learning management,<br>3.2 In human resource, teachers should be assigned to make relevant lesson<br>plans in order to develop the learners according to the target courses,<br>3.3 In budget, schools should set budget for projects and activities and<br>publicize for donation and fund raising, and<br>3.4 In general management, schools should supply technology, instructional<br>media, instrument, building and library for students.</span> </p> ER -
