Mixed methods research was used combines the methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The questionnaire was used as a quantitative data collection tool from a sample of 285 teachers. An interview questionnaire was used to collect qualitative data from five experts. Quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Correlation. Qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis. Results found that: 1) the factors affecting motivation of teacher performance under the office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area in ten aspects was at a high level overall, 2) principles, concepts, and methods of enhancement and development of factors affecting motivation of teacher performance under the office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area is the success of work together resulting to work performance, relationship between teachers and administrators, and responsibility to administrative policy effectively, and 3) guidelines for the development of factors affecting motivation of teacher performance under the office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area is administration by building relationships between administrators and teachers integrating with Sangahavatthu IV principles to be happy and driven to work more efficiently.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Journal of Educational Review Faculty of Education in MCU}, author={Kludkaew, Kamonchat and Bhuripañño, Phrakhrusangkharak Chakkit and Kaewtongyai, Yudthawee}, year={2022}, month={Aug.}, pages={140–152} }
