The research method was integrated, which was a quantitative research using a questionnaire based on a total population of 500 people. Statistics were used to analyze the data by percentage, mean, standard deviation and a qualitative research by interviewing 10 key informants and a focus group discussion of 10 experts. The results showed that 1) the present condition, the overall characteristics of teachers in the digital age were at a high level; 2) Teacher development towards excellence in the digital age Ban Sang Subdistrict Municipality Kindergarten, it consists of the characteristics of digital teachers in 3 standards: Standard 1, Teachers must guide, assist, and inspire learning through a conducive environment; Standard 2, Teachers must develop and design clear learning, and Standard 3, Teachers must promote a digital citizenship model with a six-step approach to teaching and learning: organizational analysis, planning, communication, understanding Operations, control, supervision, follow-up, continuous improvement by using the project to develop teachers for excellence in the digital age of Ban Sang Subdistrict Municipality Kindergarten School in a case study of teacher development project and educational personnel workshop project to develop teachers in the use of technology, the project to develop teachers and educational personnel’s potential to build morale and honor them. 3) Results of teacher development towards excellence in the digital age, Ban Sang Subdistrict Municipality Kindergarten Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province It consists of the characteristics of teachers in the digital age in 3 standards, 6-step teaching-learning towards excellence, and guidelines for 3 projects to develop teachers for excellence in the digital age, summarized in the BANSANG Model.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Journal of Educational Review Faculty of Education in MCU}, author={Hathayamat, Manote and Boonpoo, Somsak and Ngamprakhon, Sin}, year={2022}, month={Aug.}, pages={326–334} }
