Mixed methods research was designed and there were 3 steps as follows: 1) to study the condition of the administrative network of Thai Monastic group in Europe by interviewing 10 key informants with purposive sampling. 2) Develop administrative network of Thai Monastic group in Europe with focus group discussion of 17 experts using focus group discussion. 3) Examine and propose administrative network model of Thai Monastic group in Europe. A survey of 58 European pastoral monks was used to assess the data by statistical analysis such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results of the research found that the examination of the administrative network model of Thai Monastic group in Europe consisted of 1) principles, 2) goals, 3) aims, 4) preparation for development, 5) process development and 6) evaluation of development, showed overall in a high level.
