The research instrument used in this study was a rating scale questionnaire, which has directors and teachers of Rajavinit Mathayom School consisting of 86 people as the research informants. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNI<sub>modified</sub>. The findings showed that the overall of present state were the medium level and desirable state were the highest level in Student Affairs Development of Rajavinit Mathayom School based on the Concept of Global Citizenship. The overall of priority was 0.594 (PNI<sub>modified</sub> = 0.594) The first priority was the participation in the community at a range of levels, from the local to the global. The second priority was being passionately committed to social justice. The third priority was taking responsibility for their actions.
