Quasi-experimental research was used for research design. The samples consisted of 30 first year students in the academic year 2019, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. They were selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were 1) Manual of Contemplative Education Activity, and 2) the spirituality of Thai teachers 4.0 Assessment Form. One–Group Pretest- Posttest Design was used for the design. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used for hypothesis testing was t - test for dependent group and One-Sample t-test. Results showed that contemplative education activities consisted of 5 stages, which were Step 1: exploring mindfulness, Step 2: opening the door to thoughts, Step 3: knowledge sharing, Step 4: contemplation, Step 5: report results.
