The target group consisted of 33 person  for The First year vocational certificate students of Dramatic Arts College in second semester of academic year 2019 selected by purposive sampling, since the students enrolled in <em>Music Theory</em> I. The duration covered 12 hours (two hours per week) by using instructional package on <em>Music Theory</em> I (Cippa model) for The First year vocational certificate students of Dramatic Arts College as tools for collecting data. Moreover, the statistics used for analysis was percentage, average, standard deviation and t-test dependen. The results of the research were as the following, 1) The average score of the students on the process of instructional package on <em>Music Theory</em> I (Cippa model) was effective at 84.74/89.44 which was higher than expected criterion 80/80. 2)The achievement score of pretest and posttest of instructional package on <em>Music Theory</em> I  (Cippa model) found that the achievement score of posttest was higher than pretest at .05 level.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Journal of Educational Review Faculty of Education in MCU}, author={Swangwan, Chaiyapon and Promsukkul, Pimonmas and Suriyonplangsang, Chalinee and Aiemyeesoon, Praweena}, year={2020}, month={Apr.}, pages={185–196} }
