Educational institutions were managed by administrators and teachers under the standard of the Ministry of Education policy. But conflicts and quarrels among students happened gradually and increasingly. The cause of conflicts came from many factors. According to Buddhism, problems originated from causes and to solve the problems was to solve the problem causes. The most important cause of problems was desire. The Buddhist principles to solve problems are The Four Noble truths, The Threefold Training, and Brahmavihara Dhamma.
