Abstract

The objectives of this research were; 1) To study the factor status in reducing stress of teachers and personnel of educational management efficiency support network 6, Office of Pathumthani Elementary Educational Service Area 1, 2) To compare the level of stress of teachers and personnel of educational management efficiency support network 6 classified by gender, age, educational level, work position, and work experience, and 3) To study the way to reduce stress of teachers and personnel of educational management efficiency support network 6. The data were collected from 246 teachers and educational personnel and the analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.


The research results found that:


  1. The level of stress of teachers and personnel of educational management efficiency support network 6, Office of Pathumthani Elementary Educational Service Area 1 was moderate. In details, the highest level was on work condition, followed by school condition, personal condition, and family condition respectively.

  2. From the comparison, the teachers and educational personnel with different genders, ages, educational levels, work positions, and work experiences had different levels of stress with a statistically significant figure at 0.05 as the study hypothesis. The way to reduce stress of teachers and personnel of educational management efficiency support network 6 is to apply Buddhist principles in their living and work.

  3. The suitable Buddhist principles are the Threefold Training, the Three Common Characteristics, Proper Consideration, Meditation, Mindfulness, and the Four Noble Truths. The other ways are to make merit, give alms, listen to a sermon, friendly discussion and supervision, adapt to the change in society and environment, and adjust or improve residence and workplace appropriate to living and working.
