An organization attempts to control the damage from a crisis and try to return to normalcy as soon as possible. This viewpoint may not be complete because it focuses on the crisis reaction process more than the crisis prevention process and it ignores learning process from crisis experience to learn how to handle a crisis more efficiently, to respond to a crisis quickly and to avoid a crisis recurrence. This article aims to present Integrated Crisis Management Approach to emphasize how important the total crisis management effort process is. Moreover, there are crisis stakeholders when a crisis occurs, and an organization must create the least impact on those crisis stakeholders. Crisis Communication is also very important because miscommunication during a crisis may lead to an intensified crisis and do a lot of damage to an organization.

DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.14456/becj.2013.4
ER -
