@article{ดาบเพชร_2016, title={การเลือกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยวครั้งแรกและนักท่องเที่ยวซ้ำ}, volume={9}, url={https://so02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/BECJournal/article/view/54868}, abstractNote={การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์และพฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยวครั้งแรกและนักท่องเที่ยวซ้ำ ตลอดจนศึกษาปัจจัยดึงดูด ปัจจัยผลักดันและองค์ประกอบการท่องเที่ยวที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยว การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยจำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ของนักท่องเที่ยวครั้งแรกและนักท่องเที่ยวซ้ำไม่มีความแตกต่างกันมากนัก นักท่องเที่ยวทั้ง 2 กลุ่มส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี การศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนประมาณ 5,000 – 10,000 บาท อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อพิจารณาพฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยวทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันในเรื่องจุดมุ่งหมายในการเดินทาง สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่ไปเยี่ยมชม และกระบวนการตัดสินใจเลือกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ปัจจัยผลักดันที่ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวทั้ง 2 กลุ่มเดินทางมายังแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ ความสนใจในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางประวัติศาสตร์ และปัจจัยดึงดูดที่มีอิทธิพลต่อนักท่องเที่ยวครั้งแรก ได้แก่ ทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยว และความสะดวกในการเดินทางและเข้าถึงสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ในขณะที่ทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยวเป็นปัจจัยดึงดูดที่ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวซ้ำเดินทางกลับมายังแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอีกครั้ง องค์ประกอบการท่องเที่ยวที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยวทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม คือ ด้านการคมนาคม<p> </p><strong>Destination Choice between First-time and Repeat Tourists</strong><p>The aim of this research were to examine first-time and repeat tourists’ sociodemographic and behavior and to indicate the influences of push-pull factors and tourism attributes on tourists’ destination choice. A survey questionnaire was administered to first-time and repeat tourists. A total of 400 completed responses were collected. Statistical analysis was employed as a technique for examination of data. The findings indicate that there are slightly differences in tourist’s demographics. Most of tourists were female, in the 21-30 age groups and had at least university degree. However, there are significant differences between first-time and repeat tourists in motivations and other travel-related characteristics. On the push factor, both tourist groups came to this town to appreciate historical resources. In addition, “accessibility and transportation” and “various tourist resources” were key pull factors for firsttime tourists, while “various tourist resources” was the main pull factors for repeat tourists.
