บทคัดย่อ


ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกิดจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น เป็นอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ที่ก่อให้เกิด
การสร้างงานให้แก่อุตสาหกรรมครัวเรือนทั่วประเทศไทยแล้วยังเป็นการสร้างรายได้และความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีให้กับ
ภาคครัวเรือน ธุรกิจผ้าทอพื้นเมืองจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศ บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อศึกษาและสำรวจปัจจัยความสำเร็จของธุรกิจผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของธุรกิจขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลางในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในการศึกษาเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ผลิตและจำหน่ายผ้าทอพื้นเมืองในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทยจำนวน 150 ราย โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยความสำเร็จของธุรกิจผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของวิสาหกิจขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลางในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จของธุรกิจจำนวน 3 ปัจจัยได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้ประกอบการ ปัจจัยด้านการดำเนินกิจการของผู้ประกอบการ ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ซึ่งปัจจัยแต่ละปัจจัยส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของธุรกิจผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของธุรกิจวิสาหกิจขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลางในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย
